Accepted Answer

Booking is easy! Simply contact us through our inquiry form, and we'll confirm availability for your event. Once you're ready to reserve your date, a $50 booking fee per artist is required. Your booking fee secures your date and is applied separately from your caricature services.

You'll receive:
A secure Square payment link
Your event contract
A W-9 upon request

The remaining balance is due at least one day before your event.

Our standard rate for traditional live caricatures ranges from:

$175–$225 per hour, per artist

We'll always provide a customized quote with no hidden fees and all applicable taxes included.

🐝 Is there a travel fee?

Not if you're close by!

We provide free travel within 35 minutes of Downtown San Antonio.

Events beyond that area may include a travel fee, which will already be included in your quote before booking.

Absolutely—if your artist is available!

Overtime is available at:

$175 per additional hour, per artist

Your artist will have an Overtime Form available if you'd like to keep the fun buzzing beyond your original booking time.
